Terms and Conditions
1. Ticket Entitlement:
* The ticket grants the holder single entry to the specified event.
* Entry is allowed up to 1 hour and 30 minutes after the event start time indicated on the ticket.
2. Entry Requirements:
* Upon arrival, ticket holders must present their email confirmation, the card used for the ticket purchase, and a valid, scannable ID (passport, driver's license, or any government-approved ID), as this is an 18+ event.
* All guests are subject to pocket and bag checks upon entry.
3. Venue Entrance Guidelines:
* The ticket holder must comply with the venue's entrance rules, which include but are not limited to: age restrictions (18+), intoxication levels, and other applicable policies.
* Failure to comply with the venue’s guidelines may result in refusal of admission at the discretion of door staff and security.
4. Changes and Cancellations:
* Event details such as entertainment, acts, and timings are subject to change without notice.
* Refunds will not be issued if admission is refused due to failure to comply with the venue's guidelines.
* Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizers.
* Tickets are non-transferable to other event dates.
5. Photography and Media:
* By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes by the event organizers.
6. Standing Event Bookings:
* Bookings are made under the lead name. Guests will be provided with a clipboard upon arrival to participate in the bingo game.
* Please note this is a standing event.
7. Last Entry:
* Last entry is allowed up to one hour after the event start time.
* No refunds will be provided if you are denied entry after the last entry time.
