1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entry. If you have purchased group Tickets please arrive together .

2. Entry by 6.30pm Last entry 8.30pm

3. On arrival to the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets and valid scannable ID (passport, driving license or any GOV-approved ID) as this is an 18+ only event.

4. The ticket holder must adhere to the venues entrance guidelines (Over 18s | Dress code: Smart Casual.| Intoxication ) Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission, this is at the door staff & security team’s discretion.

5. Entertainment, acts & timings may be subject to change. 6. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venues entrance guidelines. Refunds will only be issued should the event be canceled & tickets are non-transferrable between dates.

7. By purchasing this ticket you are giving permission for photos & video to be taken on the day which also be used for promotional purposes.

8. Bookings are done by lead name and not by tables: You may find upon entry that your party will be spread across a few tables. Seating is allocated & certain tables will be shared.

9. The last entry for is at 8pm and we don’t offer any refunds for this event.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

    Two months ago I booked tickets for me and my 5 other friends to go to the old school bingo event in London for the 8/5/26. I had seen the tik toks and it looked so much fun. The dancing, the music, the lights and the props it looked amazing. We travelled almost 2 hours to get to the event at Trapeze Bar in London and as we arrived they couldn’t find our booking but then a guy said “don’t worry we will sort you out anyway” so that was great I guess? We walked into the venue and it was a small place and there were only two other tables. The place was bright. No lights. No props. Just us and two other tables. We sat for 40 minutes while we waited for the bingo to actually start. We got two sheets of bingo paper that was it. No one stood up and danced everyone stayed sat. The music was not as advertised it was quiet and there was nothing happening???? No one stood up and danced we was all thinking for a second that we had actually walked into the wrong place! We paid for a group ticket and honestly feel like it was such a huge disappointment. Having seen soooo many videos and following the tik tok for a while we was all really looking forward to it and especially me as it was my birthday. Now I don’t know if it was the venue and they are partly to blame but I really am so upset and letdown. Two people won a prize and they were £10 Amazon vouchers. Honestly I don’t know if this was a fluke as the videos looked so good but the venue was TINY and not lively at all!
